Its alright, I got a nice amount of use out of it. Bought it for $1,500 and put 40,000+ miles on it with very little maintenance(most expensive was new tires).
It probably wouldn't be that expensive to get a new head, but the car has some other issues on the horizon. I might try selling it for $1,000 or just run it till it dies.

Well had a disappointing day car shopping, drove to see a volvo s60 t5 2.5 hours away. Get there, really like it, salesman is kinda mean. In really good shape, then I ask for the carfax. they say they don't have one, but have a "carcheck" so I look at it but I am a little worried. So I leave and go buy a car fax(which is now $35 a piece) and it has inaccurate odometer readings, so I decided to pass.
look at it this way...everything happens for a reason. So if it’s meant to be everything will work out. If not...then well it won’t work out lol. Don't try and force things cus you will just get boned.
Just fix then darn f20b accord...sell your DD for a grand or 800bucks.
Paint your roll cage black and drop that money you get for the DD into the accord.
Fix the bottom end..get your delete kit and then buy your spray kit and pray the crap out of the f20b...you know it can take the abuse.

I'm going to do all that(minus painting the roll bar) to the f20, but I want a more reliable daily driver that isnt a manual so my g/f can drive it.
I looked over the carfax more carfully and it appears as though the ECU was replaced, and that is where the inaccurate mileage is coming from since its a electronic odometer. I estimate the car has 25-30k more miles on it than they listed it with, and it was obvious they were trying to hide it.

Well they werent the ones that messed with the odometer, upon further inspection it appears as though the ECU was replaced and that is where the miles are stored so that is why it was off. But it was obvious that they knew that was not the correct mileage. The actual mileage is probably 25-30k higher than the odometer says.
I tried to teach her a few times, and she could get it somewhere, but its not pretty. The volvos are at least triptronic.

lol my ex was not allowed to ride in my old cb7 until she knew how to drive a stick..lol
Then she learned and drove the thing in a big puddle and hydro locked my h22a4...I was very unhappy with her for a long time....I should have put the darn bypass valve on my CAI but you live and learn...or so I'm told lol

I'm not too interested in fixing it. The valves are just the most pressing issue. The steering has been making some clunking, the rotors are almost done, and the rust isn't getting any better. Not to mention the sunroof leaks.
