Default *67 and *69 questions

I am just wondering what xactly the difference is and is there a cost associated with using either feature? I Googled it, and surprisingly only a few answers came up. Most stated *69 costs about $.25 and *67 is free, but are they different? I've never used either for fear of U.S Cellular charging some sort of fee. So whats the deal?! And if they hit the call back button can that work?

lol sorry

*67 and *69 are features used on phones to prevent the person receiving the call from seeing your number. It will usually show up as "Restricted"
