I was wondering from around what range of years are exactly like the 97 accord? Thanks

 

the 96-97 are the only ones that are the same, but the 94-95 are very similar they just have a slightly different front bumper and the tail lights just on the body not the trunk

Depending on what parts you want to interchange... 94-95 are OBD-1 and 96-97 are OBD-2.

If your 97 is a V-6 then it has a longer nose & larger engine compartment than the 4-cyl. So even a 97 V6 and 97 4-cyl are not the same.
