Going to look at an 07 Accord with AT and 163K miles.

Besides obvious things, are there any expensive items on it which would be needing replacement? Any other feedback or tips?

Is this model reliable, just like my 1994 Accord(f22B1) ?

Is the car a V6 or an I4? If it is the V6, make sure the timing belt was changed sometime in the last ~60,000 miles.

Check the color of the transmission fluid (make sure it is bright red), and have the suspension components checked out.

Thank you Shipo, it's an I4 and LX one with a timing chain. Is there anything I should be paying attention to for timing chain?

Transmissions is definitely a key component. Are there any weak links in suspension components? LCA's or bushings or anything of that sort?

I wouldn't say there are weaknesses in the suspension per-se, but with over 160,000 miles, there is a chance some of the rubber components have seen better days.
