1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL 8.5 16.4

I would think it would be somewhere close to that

2001 Honda Accord LX V-6 8.3 16.6

Got that from the site http://www.albeedigital.com/supercou...0-60times.html
I would think the 1996 will be a little faster than the 1991.

He he I raced the same NA 5spd in highschool and smoked him with my 4 banger Accord so you should be fine. I would suggest a rolling start though, Accord low end blows.

Sir_nasty,

That whole powerbraking technique. Sounds very similar to the way 2step works in a turbo. You stay revved at a certain point to build up boost, so that you can use that built up boost to help you take off. I know that an NA auto launch with the powerbrake isn't anything compared to 2step, but what I do know is that 2step is very dangerous for your head since you're running it at high revs without moving. So isn't powerbraking also just as dangerous since you're doing the same? is that true?

Well power braking obviously puts a lot of stress on various parts such, especially the torque converter.
