Default Busted 2017 Accord - how bad does this look?

I was recently rear-ended (apparently the guy rear-ended someone else while driving another car 5 days ago...)
I got an estimate of about 6600 from the collision&glass mechanic, but he told me that he is unsure if there is a frame damage here until he starts working on it.
I have to wait until next week to get it into the body shop because the parts aren't there yet. The car actually drives fine (at least I don't feel any noticeable difference driving).

I know there's no way to know just from pictures, but I figured there would be some more experienced people here who might be able to share their opinions for my peace of mind.
I've read that once the frame is damaged, the car will never be the way it was prior to accident again. Does this look like it might have frame damage?

Also, is it possible for the insurance company to decide to total the car if it is revealed halfway through the repair that the job will cost more than initially estimated?

This is the first time I've been in an accident so any opinions or thoughts are appreciated!

The car looks way off from being totaled. If you're still driving the car without any issues you may have some additional clips that need to be fixed maybe getting pulled a little but you were hit square in the back. An easy routine fix

Thank you for the input. Puts me at an ease hearing that it doesn't look THAT bad. Yes the car is running fine right now!

Agreed. That lower part of the bumper cover might be damaged. I don't know if it's part of the cover or if it's a separate part though. If anything, the impact might have had the curve taken out of the steel bumper behind it slightly. At this point, that's about all I can see, although the body shop list might have it and the brackets on the list, along with the cover (and painting it to match), and the lower reflectors. However, if it still drives like it did before the impact, it's probably fine. I've seen worse, that were still good to go.

I don't think there'll be structural damage.. my main concerns are:
1) is the floor of the trunk distorted?
2) is the rear panel (behind the bumper) distorted?
3) slide up under the rear and look at the rear rails. Are they distorted?

If any answer is yes, then you may have a problem. If you can get decent pics of any possible damage in those areas, I can help a bit.

Full disclosure: I work for an auto auction, and am trained to NAAA standards which may not completely match what an insurance adjuster would say.
