Default Connecting Ipod for Honda Accords

Does anybody know how to connect an Ipod directly to a Honda Accord? Just connecting to the cigarette lighter and playing music through the radio has only OK quality.

I got a nice unit from Crutchfield, for the 2003 Accord. I imagine theres fewer choices for your 1977 Accord. Oh wait, you didnt say what year...

If you have a seventh gen there's a factory hook up you can buy that connects to the factory radio as there's an "aux" button for it. However, the part alone when I priced it was well over a couple hundred dollars so it depends on how bad you want that quality and how much you want to do the work because you have to take the radio out and attach it in the back.
