why not make a system of hinges and pulleys that, when in "wake up" mode of course, the deck lid raises up then inverts itself making a wing... or better yet it could lift up then a motor could spin it fast enough tocreate extra forward movement... not unlike a flat bottomed swamp boat. heh?
