OMG even calling the insurance guy this early in the morning HE STILL DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! this is really making me mad! i might have to sue her and her insurance company if i don't get some answers from them soon!!!! i mean this is total BS!!!!

That should cover the bumper and radiator.
But it might not cover the cost of the paint for the bumper.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune and glad to hear your ok...that's the most important part. You can replace and car not your body. Hope everything turns out ok for you and your cb7!
