or maybe the post title should be "Starve a Dealer Tech".

Flat Rate Labor got cut in 1/2 all of a sudden.

It's been that way for over 20 years;
Honda issues a service bulletin to the techs cutting flatrate pay to nothing a day or two before any recall notice is issued.
