I'm happy that you don't have to do that stuff.

From firsthand experience, they do get sued, and they do lose.
(and 16 year olds can't sign as their dad at the roadside

I am glad to hear that. 16 year olds can't even sign a release at all, even for themselves, you gotta be at least 18! Insurance companies can, and should, get in deep trouble for taking releases from minors.

That goes back to what you were sayin about wet behind the ears greenhorn frat boys working as adjusters.
They can be fooled by a 16 year old, and don't know enough to read the driver's license carefully.
Saban Sucks!
Any more wreck stories out there?

Hopefully Arkansas will hand them their @$$ on Saturday. McFadden for Heisman! (No I am not a Razorback fan, I just think he deserves it much more than that USC QB.) Especially since USC's schedule is CAKE this year....as usual!

Yeah I'm with ya on the cake schedule call. The piggies ought to do the job!
Do you know if it is gonna be a boy or a girl?- It's never too soon to think
of paint schemes for his/her first car!

Haha! It's a girl. Also I have vowed to make her learn how to drive a manual trans before she is allowed to drive an automatic. I am so sick and tired of my wife being all like "I can't drive your car. If you ever get some kind of new, cool car I won't even be able to drive it if you get a standard." To which I reply: "I would rather just drive an old beat up manual trans car than a brand new automatic. So either you learn how to drive a standard, or you won't get to drive my car if I ever get anything new."
I'll probably still have the 2000 LX by the time she's old enough to drive!
