Default Is this a good deal on a new 2009 Accord LX-P?

$21,760.00.
I have been going at it with dealers for a couple of weeks now. I started the negotiations with $20,000.00 out the door. No trade/no financing. My local dealer would not go below $23,535.00. Told me he would only make $500.00 off the deal as I watched the 2010's being unloaded on his lot. We reached this total after a couple of those long waits at the desk while the sales staff played the stall game on me in back room.

Today I went to another dealer and I got the same model down to $21,600.00 out the door. It was $19,878.00 before $500. Doc Fee and $1,222.64. tax. I will have to spend another $160.00 or so for tag transfer and county tax.
No options except I'm might get mudflaps included. Pin stripes and wheel locks come with it. Not sure about the trunk tray.
Car is in another city so they will have it driven to the dealer which will add around 200 miles to the car. I feel this might be the best I can do on the color and model I want.
So my total looks to be around $21,760.00.
I forgot to mention that there is a $ 1,500.00 dealer incentive that ends tomorrow. I just found out about while searching online last night. I think mentioning this might of helped what they offered in the end.

yeah, no if they wanna sell you the car you could always go back this week and say well you thought incentive was included, and if they need they sell, they do, they'll magically include it.

The salesperson called and was wanting to know if I was ready to buy, so they could order the car? I replied that I thought about it some more and told her that I would do it for $21,000 rather then $21,600. She told me that they are already losing money on it and they were only doing it to have another sale for the month.
She reminded me that the incentive ends today and will go up $1,500.00 tomorrow. She said she would ask her boss and call me right back. It has been an hour and no call. Wonder if it is this is stall tactic or as the manager told me yesterday, that this was as low as he was going.
