If it only took you 7 hours or so to beat it, don't you feel cheated? It took 6 years to make it, but you can beat the game in 7 hours[sm=dontgetit.gif]I was always pretty ticked if I beat a game in less than a few days!

Yeah, aw well. It was fun, and after you beat the campaign all you really do is play online anyways! haha It like really is what started all the system link and all that jazz! Woot!

 

I agree. Beating Halo is just a warm up for the real battle that takes place online or via system link. If you can't beat halo on legendary then hold on to your rear when you step into the online gaming world, some of those guys will just rock you....

 

Pretty Much! I still dont know how they get past like level 30. Its ridiculous but oh well. Hopefully they dont have the same cheating problems as in Halo 2...though superbouncing was fun! hehe

 

Oh yeah...I forgot about the whole playing online thing.
I remember I used to play Unreal Tournament online when it was big (shows how old i am). Those online guys were absolutely insane how good they were. One of the last times I played was right after September 11, 2001(I know it was not big then, but I got on for kicks) some guy had named himself "Osama bin Laden." Of course it was so everyone would try to kill him. he was insanely good. i once got lucky and crept up behind him and killed him. Then he came back and killed me. Then every single time I reappeared after being dead, he was waiting in the spot I would appear to kill me immediately. The freak memorized the pattern for where you reappeared!

 

About the movie thing ..... anyone seen Silent Hill?

If this is an indication of what a movie based on a game is like, the Halo movie will suck an alabama hot pocket!

Yeah, I have seen Silent Hill. I think the Halo movie will be amazing. If you think about it, Halo compared to all other video games pretty much destroys them all. Halo 3 beat SIper Man 3 and the new Harry Potter book and is now the #1 entertainment selling thing! Woot! Anyways, I think there wil be a TON of pressure to make it good and set a new standard. I know I will expecting to be awed and amazed!

 

Halo movies have a new genre...somthing like Machine Anime..Machnime...something like tht. They had it on Spike a few nites ago, which was where i heard about the movie. Im not too big of a Halo fan since the few times i played i wud alwayz get beat no matter what strategy i wud use lol. But i surely would be intrested in a movie.

i would be pissed too if i beat the game so soon. I have never beat any game soo soon. But im sure they made it tht way so people woul get right onto the online game. Im sure tht would be way funner too.
