For the past few weeks I've noticed spider webs underneath my car and inside the hood. Yesterday when I popped the hood, there was spider webs around the radiator with a dead spider. Small spider. I've tried before getting rid of the spider webs but they just keep coming back. Anyone know the best way to get rid of these damn critters? I haven't actually seen a live spider crawling around nor one inside of the car. I don't have any food laying around inside the car or junk of any kind. I park my car outside on the street in front of my house and it's not even close to any trees or brushes.

 

Live and let live is my moto. I've lived w/ snakes, spiders, possums, squirrels, cats, and dogs. No harm/no foul.

If you have "arachnophobia" (bad condition but great movie!), then try some inspect spray under the hood. That should deter the boogers.

I had a bug problem in an old crx I had. I got 10lbs ($10 at meijers) of dry ice and left it in the back seat for 48 hrs with thte windows rolled up. and then a good vacum cleaning after a good airing out. a little unorthidox but it works. (sorry about hashing an old thread but I joined today so it's new to me!)

 

Funny this camr up cuz today I noticed I have some spyder webs in my door jambs..brushed them out..will see if they come back.

 

I must say this is the best reply i've ever seen in this forum, great thinking, i also think in same way, in our home there used to come snakes, we never called anyone neither killed them.. and in return they never attacked any one of us....
