shouldnt my interior lights come on whenever i turn my dash-light dimmer **** all the way clockwise? thats what someone had told me but as much as i turn they never come on. it just stops and wont go further. WTF?

fyi- 2004 sedan w/no electrical add-ons or mods... or any other problems for that matter

 

Nope, that's just for adjusting the brightness of the dash lights.

 

so is there a way to turn my all of interior lights on? without opening the door?

 

You just push the lenses of the map lights to turn them on. The ceiling light has a switch on it.
