quick! tell me the best rock/alternative bands of the late 80s and 90's! i need some new stuff for my ipod! itunes...here i come!

i suppose that's pretty vague...just post your favorite rock bad of the 90s! i already have an awesome selection i listen to at work but i feel like updating and branching out!

Yeah I love those songs. Have you heard "Eddie Vedder" and "California songs"? They are also my favorites
