wow screw this. trying to replace the headlights has proven to be a ridiculous task. It was honestly easier to completely disassemble the coupe than to replace the headlights in the sedan.

Chris, how cheap can you get the Optima for? I may just have to stop by your work and pick one up under the table next week...
well i have to take off the whole bumper support/bumper cover at the same time, and cant get the directionals off to get to the bolts for the support. And the little clip things that hold the bumper cover on are all stripped/broken off inside. I got aggravated so decided I should take a break.
Very nice, Chris! I'll see if I can pony u some extra cash down there... I wouldnt be in Miami til after new years.
Ahh, the directionals hahahah.... I totally forgot about all that crap that has to come off just to get the bumper out. On the 6g, its the 2 screws in the wheel well and 2 plastic rivets by the hood latch, takes 2 minutes, max.
Just though of something, if you're really not going to put the P/S pump back in, you'll want to flush the rack with new steering fluid and then drain most of it out. Then, you have to connect the inlet and outlets, and hopefully put a T-fitting in the middle and run a hose to a reservoir tank. That would be the cleanest way of removing the P/S and I'm waiting until its warmer out to do mine.
