Make sure you upload or you will get the boot. I have my utorrent scheduler set to full speed upload at night and restricted during the day. While your getting started set it to full whenever your not trying to go online and when online set it as high as you can without slowing down your internet too much(25kbs or more). And don't download a bunch of crap either, keep it slow until you build your ratio up or you'll get banned and I can't invite you back.

Set your upload speed to maximum when your not using the internet. If it is set to full you'll max out your upload bandwidth and the internet will be slow as sh*t. You need to upload to keep your ratio up. On the bottom of utorrent you have D: and a U: those are your upload and download speeds, right click the U: to change the upload speed limit. If you need more detail than that your just going to have to get banned from demonoid.

That's the total, the current speed should also be there. I'm talking about the bottom bar of the window, when you right click on the U side of the bar the menu that pops up is the speed limit for your upload. I'm passing out, there is info on this all over the net, it's really simple stuff.
