What kind of cop tickets a parked car at 730 in the morning for not having a front plate? Looks like I'm going to the courthouse TWICE this month.

It fell off, the mounting holes were stripped and thats what i'm going to tell them.

First time was for turning left on a red, but i thought the road was a one way.
