Fatty - sounds like your running too rich and burning the oil left behind by the previous engine cycle because you're not fully burning the mixture. That would also cause a loss in power

I have a monster headache and no meds (or herbs) to cure it

Does anyone else hate shaving as much as I do?

So I decided I need a police scanner for my car, anyone know what a good one goes for?

No I'm actually running pretty lean, but I have to idle for 10 to 15 minutes after every days running to rinse out the saltwater. So it's a combination of the oil I'm using, the sh*t load of idling, and the fact I'm mixing 6oz to a gal which is 25:1 because it's a modified motor. The oil that is recommend is amsoil saber and is the cleanest burning, mine is for outboard saltwater engines. Doesn't burn clean but protects like nothing else, and I already have a few gallons of it for my boat. I'm going to mix a fresh gallon with new oil and reset my needles, if my speeds are still inconsistent, motor tear down time.

I hate shaving. I always buy the $1 pack of like 6 b/c razors are to expensive and wear out to quickly. I shave before my shower so I stop all the bleeding! hehe

Scanner as in a detector or literally a radio scanner?

like the things that let me hear all the police calls that go out, I am sick and tired of getting harassed by our local cops.

I would look into the Gumball 3,000 and see what the yellow bmw had.

You know they make kits that block radar + lasers? It comes w/ a front + rear license plate frame that blocks the signals! So its a better bet than a radio scanner. More than likely a cop wont be talking on the radio while lighting people up.

RadioShack will have just what you need. But eBay should have pretty cheap ones.

What do they bother you about?

Cameron - scanner or radar detector? The police in my neck of woods switched to digital and the radios are over a grand or was it 4 grand... I can't remember

Danny - yeah. I don't know how the gas engines work compared to nitro. Maybe ask the other dudes to use their fuel after a fresh clean and see if you still get deposits.

Speeding isnt what I'm concerned about, they just always come kick us out of everywhere. This past weekend someone called them cause we were hanging out in the parking garage, so they came and harassed us. I was just standing there and because i was smiling hes like whats so funny is this funny to you let me see your id, but because my friend next to me didnt smile he didnt get his id ran. its a weekly accurance, so if i could know they were coming ahead of time, it would be great.
