My dreads were clean, I was able to wash them. I have perfect hair for dreads, but I would never do it again lol. I never wore my hair down like that, that was just for the picture. I always had it pulled back in a pony tail.

I hope this brake cleaner I got from Chris doesn't **** my hull up lol, this dude said it was all good to use.

That sh*t worked like a charm, took this burned on oil spot right off. Not even this acid based fiberglass stain remover took it off.

 

I didn't haze the finish? I think brake cleaner is just alcohol and some other stuff, carb cleaner is oil based.

I didn't use it on the gelcoat, just the inside which is just poly resin and glass. It sure doesn't smell likes it's just alcohol lol

 

No definitely not just alcohol, it smells like an ethyl alcohol. Carb cleaner would've probably been bad. I don't know how resin responds to petroleum-based cleaners, but my guess would be bad.
