The Old Official OFF-TOPIC Thread Is Done
Yeah until I realized I wasn't going to get what I wanted for $400, so I bought new.
If you pay for the tickets, I will shoot your car for free, as many shots as you want, all royalty and copyright free for you to own.
The camera came out in late 07/early 08 with a price tag of $1200, and it's only gone down $300 and already had an upgrade (Canon 50D). The camera is still new and up to date. The dSLR camera has not really had any major improvements except more pixels and being able to shoot in less light. Nub. Point n shoot cameras go out of date like a month after you buy them.

Word, my first dSLR was a Canon Digital Rebel 6.3 megapixel right when consumer dSLR's were becoming available, we paid $1,000 for it. Now I'm jumping up to 10.1 megapixels and less noise at higher ISOs, so it's worth it's price.
