Lol if only you understood the law, an illegal immigrant who has been here for 20 years is still an illegal immigrant. Only residents can apply for citizenship after being here X amount of years. I love how kids come up with all these "opinions" that are fueled more by racism than logic...

Something smart to say would be that we know there are X amount of illegals here, so we should increase sales tax X amount and lower property and income tax to get more tax revenue from the immigrants.

That doesn't make any sense. What is the point of raising taxes for AMERICAN citizens to hurt those who are here illegally? So not only are they taking our jobs and sending the American dollars back to Mexico, but now we have to pay a higher tax to get a higher tax out of illegal immigrants? How does that even remotely make sense?

What about the free healthcare we have to provide them? What about the multiple hospitals that have closed down near the Mexican border b/c of the law that American healthcare has to provide some medical care.\

What about the uninsured illegal immigrants? How will raising taxes fix any of that? Can insurance companies sue the gov't to get the money back from the taxes?

It doesn't matter if you lower property taxes. They simply will use someone elses identity, and this will increase identity theft. You "Solution" doesnt even contain any solution for getting them out of our country for proving me wrong.

Lol I wasn't saying that is a solution, and what I said is already in effect. Notice the higher sales tax in states close to the border. I'm not going to get into politricks with you as I don't believe in anything this country tries to do is right. All I'm saying is get your facts straight before coming to any kind of conclusion. And you have already proven time and time again your no more mature or articulate than your average high school student. When you tried to be mature and professional in that email to that guy that screwed you over, it still sounded like it came out of the mouth of a 16 year old. I never took high school english, and have yet to take any writing classes in college, but somehow my vocabulary and grammar is leaps and bounds ahead your own...

I dont want to get in a argument either over the net, but what are you talking about getting my facts wrong? You easily can point out mine but you never state any yourself and then switch it about grammar and dropping out of high school. In what way does your grammar outdo mine?
I stated that illegal immigration is illegal. That is a fact and cannot be debated. I still want to know how raising sales tax and lowering property tax will fix the problem. Don't you know that when many immigrants come to the US they move in with relatives who are actual citizens? Raising one tax and lowering another has somewhat of a balancing effect. Immigrants dont just stay in Texas or Nevada. They move to Iowa and every other state.....so this challenges your logic to increased sales tax. Besides that, American wage is much higher than that of Mexico so a higher sales tax will have little effect.

It is a fact that those with degrees make more money than those without.

 

In any case, illegal immigration is bad for out country. No matter how much money it saves you on produce or what not.
