That website is full of a ton of marketing jargon. The only useful thing I found was the turn you wheels all the way one way when you park so you can't be stolen by tow truck, which is becoming a big issue in the twin cities. You drive a Honda, people want them for parts. If your car can fit on a trailer or be towed, you're toast.

who the **** has a cash only hair cut place?! ****ing ****! i go to get my hair cut and at the end i hand her my card and she says cash only...wtf... had to run 2 blocks to get the ****ing money and hair looks like ****.
