Default Poorman car washing

Car washing day....it's 70 and raining, why not.

The Chevelle won't get out of the garage but the rest, until I get tired, I will at least get the "large dirt off them".

Excellent, looks like a used-car lot!

Is that red in the corner the Chevelle?

Yes, you can just barely see the left front fender of the Chevelle (red) in the lower right. I need to get it out next time it is warm and get a better picture of it.

Actually a total of seven cars right now. Five are mine - see signature. As Live2rice said, the two Volvo's are his ('96 850R, '01 S60 T5). I'm just "looking after" them while he is deployed.

Does the Chevelle run? And if so why is it being used as a work bench? If not, it'll be fun pushing it back up that incline into the garage(been there done that with my accord)

Yes, it runs, not as often as I should run it but..... I get lazy and that big hood is just looking me right in the face when I start to work on something. Large flat space to lay everything out on, as usually the car I'm working on is right where your wagon is.

Bad thing yesterday, about ~30 minutes after posting this yesterday a squall line came thru and blew leaves and small branches all over.....they measured 86 mph winds at the airport in Raleigh. Nothing got damaged (don't worry, your cars - and mine - are fine) but now I have a mess to clean up, I think you've seen a picture of all of the trees I have around the house.

Yeah I have, i'm sure it was quite the mess. I have coverage on both of mine to cover things like that if something were to happen anyways.

If anything did happen I would file it under "home owners". If you check out WRAL or whatever local news you use, it will be full of reports on the wind......even down where you live they got it as well.
