Not directly Accord related, but for any fans of Honda Motorsport or Formula 1 racing, the BBC is reporting that Honda plans to return to F1 as an engine supplier for 2015.

BBC Sport - McLaren poised to switch to Honda engines for 2015 season

F1 is supposedly returning to 1.5L turbo V6 engines, which was the engine that existed when Honda dominated the sport in the 80's with Piquet, Prost, and of course, Senna.

Really looking forward to the new season but I'm a little worried about the coverage. Has anyone read any good articles about how NBC plans to show the races? I know they'll be on NBS Sportsnetwork but beyond that I can't find any information.

I always try to catch the races when I can, but normally forget. Better than just watching left hand turns.

I've taken a lap around the Bahrain International Circuit...............in a mini van.

Rice....didn't know you liked F1, or I forgot . How did the mini van do?

I'm at least glad that NBC picked up a few good people (2~3 from the Speed coverage) to cover the races.

I've been looking every now and then for times and channels for their coverage but haven't found anything yet.....If anyone finds anything please let me know.

When I first moved to NC (a few moons ago ~ 12 years ?), the reason I got Direct TV was because the local cable company didn't offer Speed in my area at the time....wasn't going to give up my F1

One of the things I like about F1 is the races (most of them) are early Sunday morning. Up at 6~7 am.....watch the race, post some Honda stuff and done by ~10am. Something about a 2.4L V8 at 18,000 rpm's just gets the day started off right
