Default tinting price?

hello friends,

i was wondering if $180 is a good price for a window tint? i'm in texas and it's just too dang hot for my mom and thought tint should help with the heat.

anyways, great information on this site. i'm a toyota person but wanted to give honda a try so i bought my mom this car a year ago.

thanks all

Hi New Member..$110 to $200 is a good price..it depends on the quality of the tint and the quality of the work being done..

Make sure they include a warranty against bubbling. I've seen some really terrible jobs (diy?) with bubbles everywhere after 6 months, and I've seen some really high quality jobs that last.

good luck

This is a good question, I am also looking for methods to reduce the vehicle's interior temperature, perhaps windows tint is useful

I just had my 08 Accord EX-L done and it was $250 for 35% tint plus the windshield strip. $180 sounds like a great deal as long as it is a high quality film and comes with a lifetime warranty.
