I've been thinking for a while................could you put a F22 auto tranny on the F23?

For when the F23 auto blows, but a F22 auto one on and it wont blow. I have heard stories of people replacing their 6th gen tranny 3 or 4 times. Does Honda not realize they could put a F22 one on and solve the problem.
Ah, but the 6th gens have a ECU/TCU combo called a PCM, the 5th gens have them serparate... controlling it would be an issue.

The K series in the 7th gen is also far superior tot he F23 or F22 in the 6th or 5th gen.

The looks of the 8th-gen just absolutely DO NOT turn me on.
Rice, maybe it was a Torneo Accord. It was in traffic & I didnt get a real good look. Seemed smaller, & seemed to be about the age that would make it a 5th-gen. I couldnt get too good a look while keeping my own car on the wrong side of the road...
Then yesterday I saw a nice 5th-gen wagon. I was walking & the car was parked, so there was no doubt what that one was.
Very nice Jim, I hope to visit the UK someday. Its possible it was the Accord Saloon or whatever they call it, its basically a 4th gen prelude front end with a 92-95 civic rear end.
I know of a company that imports the 5th gen wagons, I'm not sure why its just the wagons, but saw a nice RHD H22 5th gen wagon stateside.

This wagon looked all stock, with steelies & wheel covers. It was just clean, no rust, & no scratches. No special H-badges.
The rear of that other car was not a civic. Maybe I was just misled by some different-style taillight clusters??
Some cool cars over here. Three(!) Lotus Elise in the parking lot. Also one ~1970 Lotus Europa.
I saw a Bentley the other day too, while I was walking to some restaurant.
Ive also seen (a couple times) a fugly-green car, quite small, looks like a small sedan, about 1960-ish. With a Porsche badge. I gotta google that one to figure out if its real or just someone with a bad sense of humor bought a badge from the Porsche dealer.
