My GF's parents had someone start stripping their Mazda Protege in their driveway at night...

 

When i got my Viper alarm system installed the guy recommended I get the trunk and hood sensor so when either are opened, the alarm goes off.....I didnt buy them but I am planning on getting them installed later. He said he recommended it because its easy to get to the hood latch cable (fender well) and cut it, then disconnect the battery and bye-bye alarm unless you opt for the battery backup.
