You might be a JDM Ricer if...
- your steering wheel is on the left
- you refer to your civic dx hatch as a "CTR"
- your civic dx hatch is "type r yellow"
- your airbag no longer works because of an aftermarket or jdm steering wheel
- you have a JDM steering wheel on your LHD car
- you think "city lights" are useful
- you drive around town using only "city lights"
- you claim "city lights" can serve as fog lights
- you have black rims (steelies do not count)
- your car is an automatic
- your 5 lug conversion cost more than your car (or comes close to it)
- you have jdm ANYTHING on a coupe
- you refer to your 4 door as a 'ferio'
- your exterior and interior look bangin and could be mistaken for a CTR, but there’s still a d15 under the hood
- your "beater" could smoke your "clean jdm ride"
- you have "jdm" taillights which cost more than their usdm equivalents
- you have a 'jdm' front license plate
- you laugh at cars with wings that are faster than your car
- you laugh at cars with altezzas that are faster than your car
- you laugh at cars with body kits that are faster than your car
- nobody notices your jdm front or rear end
- usdm taillights could be easily modified to look "jdm" but you spent a ridiculous amount of money on the real thing anyway
- you bought "CTR" headlights
- you took the trouble to DIY black housing headlights, but left the amber reflector in there
- you have amber corner or bumper lenses that are not stock (i/e full amber corners)
- you think amber looks cool or matches your car in any way
- you think amber visions are JDM
- you realize they aren’t, buy apc clear corners, and swear you had them imported
- you sold your Honda for an early 90's 4 door Toyota corolla and try to be like initial d, not realizing only some corollas were RWD
- you spent more on amber corners than clears would have cost
- you have spoon or mugen performance parts on your stock d series engine
- your spoon or mugen performance parts cost more or come close to the cost of your engine swap
- you use takata harnesses for your stock seats
- you have gunmetal hubcaps
- you have a jdm gauge cluster
- you claim you bought your jdm gauge cluster for its tach
- you have an "SIR" cluster in your civic dx
- you bought a genuine "SIR" emblem
- you associate "clean" with JDM
- you associate "JDM" with clean
- your jdm front end is not painted
- your RHD conversion cost more than your car
- you daily drive your RHD car
- at toll booths you have to get out and walk to the left to give em the money
- you bought coupe doors for your hatchback so you could have power windows
- your hatchback or coupe weighs more than a 4 door
- you refer to your swap as "jdm" even though the block clearly reads B16A1, B16A2, B18C1, B18C5, etc
- you have a B18C from a gsr but tell people its a type r
- your jdm’d out civic hatch with mods costs more than an Integra type r
- you use JDM chassis codes when referring to USDM civics (i.e. EF instead of ED for 88-91 civics)
- you insist that you are still right when given the correct USDM chassis code
- jiffy lube cant figure out how much oil to put in because every factory Honda label on the underside of your hood is now in Japanese
- any of your exterior or interior mods cost more than a useful engine mod
- you spent so much on jdm exterior and interior mods that you are still rocking the stock stereo system
- you have a JDM stereo that doesn't read domestic CDs & doesn’t get any AM/FM stations
- your windows are not tinted because it might not be JDM
- you asked on a popular car forum which was more JDM, clear or tinted windows
- your muffler comes out the back of your car at a 45 degree angle
- your muffler also points upward in addition to the 45 degree angle
- you have a stock exhaust from a CTR on your civic dx.
- your helms manual is in Japanese
- you have an "option2" sticker on or in your FWD car
- that "option2" sticker is on your bumper at a slanted angle right where the exhaust is
- you have a roll cage but have never been to the track or autox
- you have "H" emblems on your Integra
- in addition to "H" emblems, your Integra still has a usdm front end
- you have "Integra" emblems on your RSX
- your 94-97 Integra has full amber bumper lenses and you have NOT done a 98-01 USDM conversion
- you have amber side markers
- you claim bad camber helps you drift
- you claim your suspension setup is "badass", upon closer inspection all you got is eibach 1.5's on stock shocks
- you rear ended someone, and drive around with a ****ed up jdm front end instead of putting your usdm front end that’s in your garage back on
- you get a flat tire and have to call your buddies to bring you a spare because your interior is gutted
