Paypal still shows it in dispute.
Hopefully paypal is putting a lot of heat on this guy/gal with all the escaluted claims we put together. Maybe we will all get our money back...we need to start posting if any of us get money back that way we can see if paypal is doing what there supposed too.

Paypal works like this. At the end of your escalated claim, if no response, they attempt to take the money out of his paypal account, if there is no money in it, then you get no money back and they say they will continue trying to get it back.

So you think this is valid? Has anyone else gotten a response from him? I've been sending him emails daily to the hotmail address and through the volleyball site.

You must have missed what I said. This is NOTTTT valid. I was leaning towards the fact that there is an 85% chance you will not get your money back. He probably took the money out of his paypal account (for I dont wanna know what), so paypal couldnt go in and get it back for us. I hope we can get our money back but we more than likely won't. I don't see why he won't get in trouble though.

If paypal does not refund money, most likely your cc can do something about it as a fraud charge. My bank already said since I used a debit card they can do something if paypal doesnt. I can only have 1 dispute open at 1 time and since I have paypal doing something they cannot until it is closed.

Paypal works like this.
I thought this sentence was a response to seeing the email. If you had said "Paypal works like this:" (with a colon), I would've understood.

Not trying to be a grammer ****, just explaining myself.

Have you guys seen this?

From acura-legend:
Hi, I'm from HondaCivicForum.com. http://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_511868/tm.htm
As you know this person recently scammed a few people on our forum board. I think possibly along with our compiled information we should include the amount we had sent to him. This will give us an idea, or the authorities an idea, of what this person has been capable of.

Just to let everybody know, the adress that I was given for him is:

4601 S. Director Street
Seattle, WA 98118

Not what you have. This was given to a person the other day to send a money order to him. Though, they never went through with sending the money order.

Michael, I will PM you once I compile my information.

Also, David Doan's license plate number is 976-SVX on a tan 92 Acura Legend L 5SP.

I want this person CAUGHT. Would it be better for me to call Seattle police? I'm unsure as to what my local police department will be able to do for me.
Please make sure to post on any other forums that you may subscribe to. I'm not really worried about the money, I just want to see him stopped before he gets good and doesn't leave a trail. His posts on the Civic forum look like he just copy/pasted the posts on here.
