The bushings are BRAND NEW. However, upon installing my suspension we used four bushings. There should be 8 of the small bushings in the picture, but like I said, we used four (all of the 8 bushings are the exact same)

You get what is in the picture (bushings, lube, instructions, box) except for the blanket and paper!

My guess is yes assuming the rear strut setup is the same.

According to AutoZone the part #'s for a 99 and 97 match up! Double check though.
