Hi Guy's My son just bought a 99 Accord and we have started to go through it and one of the things we found was that the valve cover gasket was leaking very badly. Well I began looking into it and low and behold some fool must have thought that it needed to be tightened up some more and snapped the bolt off in the head! No wonder it's leaking!! The engine is a V-Tech. If anyone has an extra bolt laying around lmk what you need for it.....
