Yup, I was wondering if a Tune would help it but I don't know. It is not the slowest at import night takes a few civics down but nothing else. What do you think.

I don't know, I almost traded my 07 Accord in for a 06 Mustang GT this fall but decided against it. I have a K&N intake on mine, helped a little but nothing major. My folks just bought a 2010 Accord V6 and that pulls a lot harder than my 2.4.

She's not built to be a rocket. The older I get the more I don't care about speed.

The 2.4 is a slug. Not trying to be overly critical, but it is. Its good for lower altitude high gas economy driving and little else. I actually think it would be dangerous in a car the size of the 07 Accord if you had 5 adults in it like the car is technically designed for. Thats why I specifically chose my 05 to have the v6. A supercharger would get the 2.4 to the power of a V6, but for alot more money than it would cost to trade it in for another 07 with a V6. I would not waste any other money on trying to make it go faster. At best, a K and N intake (not just filter) WITH a tune should only add about 5 whp (Wheel Horse Power) and will not be noticable in that car. Other options like throttle body spacers, exhaust, and plugs and wires will really only add any horse power, after a tune, to the top end of the RPM range. And lets face it, thats rarely where most people drive. It seems that when most people talk about how a car pulls, they really are looking for lower end torque (torque in the lower RPM range). This is what makes the car push you back in your seat, and makes for smoother and perkier around town driving. The 2.4 isnt bad, its just really really really really really slow

I totally agree I had four adult in it 2 of which overweight and It lugged like it was towing a big trailer. The mpg is not that good either considering a four cylinder.

Default Thanks

I just wanted to say thanks for the views. It was not my goal to make any money but I made enough off of the views from this video and those who clicked the ads to make enough to put exhaust on my bike. Again it was not my plan but I really appreciate it. God Bless
