Switchback lights

Hi, a friend of mine recently installed something called switchbacks on his T.L . Its basically a bulb composed of 30 LEDS. It goes somewhere on your headlights? I don't know. When you have your parking lights on, its white. When you signals, it switches back and forth from white to yellow. It's pretty cool. I want to get it but I don't know my socket's size. Does anyone know or have an idea of what im talking about? Is it even possible for accord?
