I think you can safely go 2" without new shocks but that is on a 00 v6 ex.

Here is information on this subject for which I can safely say I have been doing since 1997 and I can assure you of correct fitments...

Accord Lowering Springs 4 cyl 98 and up 2.25 rear and 2.25 front
Accord " " 6 cyl 98 and up 2.25 rear and 2.50 front
Accords 86 thru 89 2.25 rear and 2.25 front
Accords 90 thru 93 2.25 rear and 2.25 front
Accords 94 thru 97 2.25 rear and 2.50 front

Yes we do about 80 sets a month on an average...this works for us...

Opps I did fail to add this in as a AfterNote:

When lowering your vehicle from say 2.0" to 2.5" looks so awesome and that it provides you with that "RaceCar Look" with the handling to match-Minor modifications thru the use of Camber Kits may be required, so make sure you check with your installer as to see if you will need to get camber kits for your own ride..

Ask me if you need [sm=helpout.gif]

Do you know if I can use the TEIN SS Coilover Kit with 235/45/18 w/ +42mm offset without any rubbing?

Yeah, but your speedo, will be off with a 235/45/18...alot. Also since the TEIN SS is adjustable, of course it'd fit, just raise the car, till it doesn't rub anymore.

hey theycallmerickjames i was wondering if you could help me design a banner or logo for my car club that has like all the cars in the club in like a collage so i can put on my website? email me at accordlowered04@aol.com if you can. on to the subject though i think a 1.5"-2.0" drop would be safe without having to replace them.
