I just put on the 6mt strut bar for my v6 auto coupe and it helped reduce roll andimproved corneringin combination with my Tein S-Tech springs and 18x8's...It was really simple to install (took about an hour).I went to my local dealership and got the diagram and instructions on how to replace the wiper motor so I could figure out how to get the wiper cowl off...good investment for my application.fits perfect. not sure how much it would help with a stock suspension...but now i want the 03 cl-s rear sway to finish up the suspension...

 

It does wonders with a stock suspension as does the sway bar.I can tell you first hand.
