Default 98 suspension question HELP?

First i want to thank you for taking the time to read my post. I just recived a 98 honda accord and I am in love with the lines of the car. I am looking for some answers on suspension mod.

Doing some shopping on Ebay (cant believe i did this, but you know ballers on a buget) i came along a set of eibach sport line spring ( 2" drop") for 100 bucks (this is where most of you say wow!!) and to say the least i couldn't pass on the deal. To make this short i have two question maybe three. Here is the situtation. I have 18" rims i just purchase with no tires yet i am planning on going with either a 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 more with the 225. Ok here are my question.

1. Which set of shocks should i go with? Adjustable or not?

2. With the 225 (a bigger length) tire rub with the 2" drop?

3. With the 2" drop will i need a camber kit? and where? not to familer with this area yet...

Any suggestion or even a picture of what a two inch drop on 18's will look like.

Again thank you for taking the time to read my post.

PS S0RRY!! One more question my accord has over 120 thousand miles on it ( I know alot but u all know that hondas never die) should i change the dampers on the suspansion (u know the little orange things on the struts) and do i need to cu them when i change them and drop it.

Default RE: 98 suspension question HELP?

1. Neuspeed Koni's are the only reputable adjustable shock. I'd recommend them to make sure of any future clearance issues.

2. 225mm width is not that much wider when their compared on the same width rim. Softer ride anyway, and since you can adjust the height with the shocks you can raise it between 3-5 perches.

3. Camber correction is recommended for tire life, but you are still safe if you don't have one. SPC or Ingalls.

4. Ebay is the best place in the world. If you know what you're buying. If not you'll sell a lot of what you acquire, once you get used to Ebay Motors shopping and gain more knowledge about your car.
