Default Adjustable Upper Control Arm

Trying to find an aftermarket Front Upper Control Arm Camber Adjustment Kit with little success. Seeking direction/input on where such an item may be found. Thanks in advance

Is the car lowered? Usually there is no reason to need an adjustable upper control arm.....any if you do need to adjust, by how much?

There are kits you can get for ~$40 - a quick look at rockauto.

The reason I am having problems is that a girl ran into the car hitting the front drivers wheel. I have since changed all the hardware to include the axle, control arm, shocks, etc. these repairs solved all the issues except, the car won't align; I am -1.8 degrees on that front passenger side tire and the alignment technician stated the adjustable control arm is my best option.
