RE: BEST?
depending on what you want to do and adjustable coilover is nice since you can move it if needed. Otherwise a new set of springs will do the trick, but don't forget the new shocks/struts and camber adjustment kit

RE: BEST?
IF your going to go with coilovers, get a good name brand one, the cheaper the lower the quality, for everyday driving i would recomend you going with Eibach Pro springs , with Koni Yellows, get eibach sway kit, and eibach pro alignment (camber kits) front and back, nice smooth for everyday driving,, but still a lil firm for that racing feel to it,, perfect drop 1.5 back, 2.5 front,,, not to slammed,, for everyday driving, plus the KONI's have a FIRM & Soft Adjustability,,, and a FIXED ONE inch drop ( you can choose to have them set normally, or extra one inch drop) so it can be 2.5 front, 2.5 back,,, or 1.5 front, 1.5 back,, or like i have it 1.5 back,,, 2.5 front
