get ground control coil-overs or get sprint lowering springs and upgrade my shocks?

depending on what you are going for I'd say lowering springs or some good race springs and new shocks/struts is going to give you the best handling

I'm just saying that if you use your stock shocks/struts with lowering springs it's not going to work as well as a full coilover kit... Your stock struts/shocks are designed to operate for smooth ride at the cars stock height so your rebound will be off when it's lowered... If you get a full kit (springs, shocks etc) then it's going to be match made to operate optimally with the setup...
