Default The leak in the bushing

Im planning on getting a dropzone suspension set for my 92 accord, however, I noticed my upper ball joint is ripped. I tried to find a replacement part but I noticed only lower ball joints are sold separately or atleast I'm only findin them sold with upper control arms. I'm also thinkin about getting new bushings to make the ride alot better.Would I need to get a whole set? Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

if you buy aftermarket it comes as a complete set ,, upper arm and bushings,, i beieve factory you only get upper arm and you have to switch bushings over to new arm
