What are some good name branded (also cool looking) front strut bars? If I'm getting the front strut bar should I get the rear one too?

If you get a front strut bar but not a rear one the car just handles differently... As a general rule of thumb if you put a front one on but not a rear your car's rear end will be more prone to sliding around (almost like a drift style setup) if you do both the car becomes more balanced and handles better through corners, you can actually tune a cars cornering style quite precisely just by selecting different size bars for the front and rear, for example if you did a 17mm front and a 19mm rear the car would typically tend to push in the corner a bit more. If you did a 19mm front and 17mm rear the car would oversteer a bit more.... Keep in mind I just used those sizes/numbers as examples not as actual figures that I would suggest... if you want to know actually setups search around for auto x or rally setups, look at matched sets from places like comptech and see what sizes they put in their sets.

I just reinstalled my front strut today with the front wheels jacked and I must say there's a slight but noticeable difference in handling.

Nope. The eBay strut bar held up beautifully. Best use of $30 ever.
