Default Rear Sway Bar, or Strut Tower Bar for 1999 Accord?

What companies make reliable rear sway or strut tower bars for a 1999 accord? I see a Neuspeed sway bar, but it's only 19mm, and I was hoping to get at least a 22mm.

progress..great brand...also i wouldnt get a strut bar..if u wanna get rid of understeer, get a thick rsb and have fun ripping the tail out. if you want a more balanced feel, get a medium strut bar and a thick rear bar. that will be the best for strong, flat cornering

Progress makes some great parts!

If you're on a budget, a 2007 TL Type-S manual tranny rear sway will fit. Pair that up with a pair of Moog sway bar links and you've got yourself an awesome AND cheap performance mod. It won't get rid of a ton of body roll like a real sway bar, but it will definitely help the steering a lot.

Look for a 99-03 TL bushing kit or CL in the same years.
