just was curious if a strut bar was worth buying if you dont race, and if it helps your handling that much.

 

yes, you would have a better handling with your car.

 

o, ok...cuz i heard from someone that they are pointless unless u race, but i told him you do not have to race to want better handling. any recomendations for a good strut bar?

 

one of the cheap ebay ones might be good enough if you dont push your car too hard in the corners, i would try that cause they are very cheap, and check it in a month or so and see if the ends are bent, at that point you can consider buying a better one.

If you really want a name... the Neuspeed or DC Sportsones looked good if I remember correctly I'm not telling you to go buy that one instead of something else or anything... I'm just having a hard time thinking of any that stood out as seeming better or "beefier" than others.

 

My recommendation is NRG, if they dont make it for your car, then Neuspeed

Ill prolly just bu a cheapie one off eBay. Someone on here bought a cheapy and it was really heavy and seemed strong according to them.

I mean a strut bar is a strut bar and metal is metal. I wouldnt ever pay ore than 30 for a bar of metal. If it bends, who cares. It wont look bent and you wont be racing so why not?!

 

i have one of the ebay ones, and its the ends that bend, like the parts that bolt to the struts, i beat my car pretty good and they bent, but like i said, i throw mine into corners as fast as i can.
