Strut BUSHIN problem

the sleeve is frozen onto the bolt....=/ fastest way of fixin? anyone?

Take this picture to your local parts store to see if they have the fixins to fix the problem, then go home and torch the bolt off or heat it enoughf with butane tank to break it off...

i went to a machine shop and they said try tochin the bolt out but they said i might fry the rubber bushing that goes around it, i can get the whole bushing its self but its just the point to compress it both out, can i compress it might self? lol yeah thanks figured thats the easiest way of explaining it...

only way of gettin another bushin is if i can it thru the junkyard which is only 5 bucks, but the thing is.... is that it doesnt come out unless u compess it wit like a 60ton... and i dont wanna burn it then havin no chance to fix it right there n then...
