im getting my front and rear strut bars this week and i just wanted to know if there's anything i should or shouldnt do when im installing them cause its my first time doing something like this

I have no idea, i have heard that if you jack the front of the car up so the wheels are off the ground it helps the strut bars so they can push out on the body easier..but i dont know if its true or not....good luck!
