Default Which sway bar?

I want to improve the handling on my bone stock 02 Accord SE (4 cyl). I don't want to lower it and I don't want to change the OEM shocks yet (only 45K miles on car). After trolling a few sites it looks like I could get a good cost/performance trade-offby upgrading the rear sway bar (supposedly the front bar is good enough?). I will never race the car, so I'm not looking for anything radical.Would that be a good place to start? Can you suggest some sway bars? Should I bother with a strut tower bar? Mycar already has a pair ofOEM bars that are bolted at the firewall and near the strut bolts. Is that basically doing the same thing that the strut tower bar would do?

Are far as the sway bars go, there are many people on this site that have just used the ones off of the TL. I got mine from Neuspeed. I know there are countless other companies who make sway bars and strut tower bars for your car. Try and look at the past posts on this site to get an idea of some of them.

P.S. Trust me you will want to get a tower part, really helps out the suspension.....

You'll have to do some googleresearch on your own to find out what works ona 2002 model. The TL parts are fine but fit 7th generationAccords as far as I know.

strut tower bars: if I go off on my opinion about these there will be a decent amount of debate, some people swear by them, some people swear at them, my personal opinion, if the car is in good shape, never wrecked and strucurally sound then it's not going to affect much, they aren't expensive though so they do like kind of nice and in the event they seem to help then great....Chances are with your car it will look shiney and pretty but will only make a difference in your mind...

Sway Bars: Neuspeed, Comptech, Skunk2, Greddy all good brands, competech is my favorite and seems to be the most race inspired one available, but it's not the cheapest, any one of those 4 would be great, as far as what size to get I couldn't tell you, best guess is a 19mm.....

The Acura TL-S sway bar looked like a good, inexpensive ($50 for all parts) way to go from a few older posts. My local Acura dealer just quoted me $159 for the sway bar (52300-S3M-A01 Rear Sway bar 19MM SOLID) only, so I guess I might as well go with an aftermarket 19mm. Any thoughts on the Suspension Techniques sway bar? How often do you have to lube the polyurethane bushings? Do you have to remove or loosen the bushings in order to lube them?
