Default RE: Sway bar recommendations

I have an interesting related question. I recently bought a 97 Accord SE, and i have owned ALOT of hondas in the past. This is the first one that seems to bounce all over the road like I have a trailer attached to the back.
Is this common for these models? It only has 48,000 miles on it...But it scares the heck out of me on winding roads!

Would a rear strut bar fix this? Or something else really wrong with it?

check your shocks/struts, make sure you don't have a broken spring, see how difficult it is to "bounce" the car....
