i dont know the exact size of the bar, it is probably less than an inch, if you want to know the size, just take out your trustly dial caliper or you micrometer, (you should have both of these in your tool box), they will be able to tell you the size down to the hundredth of thousandth.

if you looking at the suspension techniques bars, they are significantly thicker than the stock ones, you will notice it.

ok thanks, Im looking at them on ebay, $130 for a Progress Technology Rear Anti-Sway Bar ( RSB ) 22mm, I was just wondering how much bigger it is than my stock one, my stock one is so small, or what you said for $180. I will probably go with the progress one.

well one inch is 25.4 mm. but it also depends on what material is used. different metals make for different stiffness. progress group is a world class suspension producer, they helped with the suspension on the worlds first 200 mph civic.

Also, I heard someone talking about if you go to big on a sway bar it can bend your subframe, I won't be doing any big turning, but I eas just wondering if this was true or not. The sway abr Im going to get will be 22mm. Thanks
